Refund policy

At Masla our goal is to provide you with an exceptional service. We understand that it can be difficult to find the right cosmetic product based on the information provided on the website alone. We also understand that even the best of formulas do not provide equal results to everyone. For this reason we would like to offer an Extended Warranty for most of our products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the product to us for a store credit or a full refund. Here is how it works:

Notify us about your intent to either return or exchange the product via our email maslaskincare@gmail.com. Please provide us your phone number if you wish to get faster assistance.

We will contact you either by email or by phone to verify the details of your return/exchange. You will need to answer a few short questions about the product. This is needed so we can better serve you.

You will need to ship us the product in the original packaging. Please note that Masla isn't responsible for any shipping or handling charges associated with the return.

Upon receipt of your returned item we will issue a full refund or store credit or mail you the a replacement item of your choice.

Please note that you only have 30 days from the day you received your product to return it. That means that we must receive a physical package from you within this 30 day frame in order to process your return or exchange. All returns received after 30 day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Exclusions to the extended warranty:

The shipping charges are not refundable. In the event of a return for a full refund you will be refunded the full price you paid for the product plus all applicable taxes you paid. You will not be refunded any shipping charges including the return postage.

All samples, gift set, gift items, promotional items, sale products are not subject to our extended warranty. These products may not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged items are not subject to our extended warranty. If you have accidentally or intentionally damaged or altered any product/packaging you purchased from us, these items will automatically be voided from our extended warranty policy. If upon receipt of your returned item we discover that the item has been damaged or altered we will not be able to process your return. Shall the damage to a product occur during the shipping you must notify us via our email info@maslaskincare.com within 2 days of receipt of your purchase. Items that were damaged by a mailing carrier during the transportation will be exchanged for a new one at no cost to you as long as you notify us within 2 days upon receipt of the product and provide with a reasonable evidence of the damage occurred.
